Title: Fresh Salmon with Caramelized Apples and Onions

Yield: 4 Servings

2 8 oz. salmon filets
1tbOlive oil
  Chef's salt to taste
1/4cYellow onions
1/4cSliced apples (golden
  Delicious)
1/2 Lemon juice only
1tbSugar
1tbApple cider vinegar

Note: This recipe is best if salmon is charbroiled over an open flame.

Charbroil salmon 3-4 minutes on each side. Saute onions and apples over a medium flame. Add sugar, lemon and cider vinegar and cook 2 to 3 minutes till apples and onions are tender. Serve mixture over grilled salmon.
